I don't think it's all that odd. I have the two "special" mugs that get used for the morning coffee...a squat blue Pfalzcraft one for DW and a taller one with pink hearts all over it for me. Then I have my little china tea cups that are only ever used when I have my mum, mum-in-law, or a few other females
over...and only the English Breakfast tea can go inside. Then I have my Pfalzcraft (I'm not even sure if I'm spelling it correctly) mug...which isn't a mug at all but a rather sturdier tea cup that I use for my herbal blend teas or an occasional hot chocolate. And then I have the mugs that match my flatware that I give to guests who want coffee when I serve up some kind of dessert.

So no, I don't think it's odd! :)
